The preparation of surfaces thanks to the mixture of abrasives and water, has developed strongly in the industry in the last decades.

But can I convert my sandblasting hopper to wet sandblasting equipment easily without having to buy special equipment?

Well yes! Thanks to the abrasive spray nozzles with water additive, it is very simple to modify. With this sandblasting technology, it is possible to carry out jobs with very low pollution and absence of sparks, a very important condition for working in distilleries, hydrocarbon tanks, silos, etc. Water induction nozzles can be used in any standard pressure blasting equipment, without the need to make modifications to them. Taking advantage of its venturi design, it mixes water and abrasive within the same nozzle, achieving optimal air / water atomization compared to conventional wet cleaning systems. Manufactured with a tungsten carbide core coated with an aluminum protector, all models have a 50 mm (2 ") coarse thread that allows easy removal of the coupling with the nozzle.

Along with the nozzle, a water connection hose with an ON / OFF stopcock is included that allows, in its closed position, to work like a conventional dry jet nozzle and, in its open position, to perform high performance wet sandblasting.
